From first inquiry to final high-five, you’ll ensure every guest walks away with a “wow.” You’ll be the go-to planner, collaborator, and brand ambassador who keeps the good vibes rolling—all while helping grow our events business.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide guests through the entire event journey—from inquiry to post-event follow-up
- Partner with the Director of Sales to create a fun, high-performing work environment
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to flawlessly execute events of all sizes
- Meet or exceed outbound sales goals to grow event bookings
- Deliver best-in-class service and maintain high accuracy and consistency in all processes
- Spot opportunities to improve systems and share them with the team
- Represent BigShots Golf in the community by attending local events, networking, and building business relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales or event planning experience (hospitality/entertainment industry preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Natural connector with a positive, outgoing personality
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close with confidence
- Self-starter who is coachable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Knowledge of local businesses and an existing client network is a plus
- Willingness to work Saturdays and evenings for events
